Thinking about the future, we look at the technology shaping our approach to sustainability and the ways traditional materials are enjoying a new-found place in the spotlight. Sydney hospitality wunderkind Paul Schell returns from a long stretch abroad to oversee the redevelopment of The Eastern in Bondi Junction, starting with AND nightclub. Through 2012 the project will also unveil a new Authentic Mexican food and beverage brand roll out, followed by a new Melbourne style pub level.
