Habitus 63 is arguably the most aspirational issue of the year with Kitchens & Bathrooms to dream about. Whether a family hub, an entertainer’s paradise or somewhere to grad a quick meal, how we live in and spend time in the kitchen is a very personal question that requires thought and an abundance of resources. Following a masterclass with Tetsuya at the Electrolux pop-up Inspiration Kitchen in Centennial Park, guests were transported to a magical Diner En Blanc.
The 25-year-old global phenomenon had its second Australian edition on the iconic sands of Bondi Beach, where 3,000 foodies, all dressed in white, shared in a gourmet outdoor dining experience. Food, conversation, sparklers and dancing were had by all – including Tetsuya, who seemed to enjoy the event as much as anyone – as the sun set against the picturesque backdrop.
