Escape to Emirates Wolgan Valley with Neil Perry and Brett Graham

Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa and Qantas epiQure are teaming up with founder of Rockpool Neil Perry and The Ledbury’s Brett Graham to host a culinary affair that combines absolute luxury with world-class cuisine and premium wines.

At this very special event, internationally renowned chef Brett Graham, the first Australian to hold two Michelin stars and Neil Perry, arguably Australia’s most influential chef, will craft a bespoke food and wine experience that is inspired by Wolgan Valley’s food philosophy of regional, seasonal and organic produce sourced from within a 160km radius. Each perfect morsel will be complemented by a selection of premium wines courtesy of Qantas epiQure.

Guests will be treated to various epicurean delights including a signature degustation dinner created by Neil Perry and Brett Graham, a wine tasting and winemaker’s dinner, as well as a tour of the resort’s very own kitchen garden.

The 4,000 acre carbon-neutral conservation and wildlife reserve on which Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa is set, offers guests the chance to immerse themselves in nature and experience true luxury in a spectacular Australian bush setting. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the vast property through a range of nature-based activities such as wildlife safari tours, mountain biking and horse riding, or can choose to treat themselves to ultimate relaxation at the resort’s Timeless Spa – a sanctuary that offers an extensive range of exquisite treatments designed to revitalise the mind, body and soul.
