Vintage Modern Issue

The breadth and scope of Habitus has always been extraordinary. With how we live at heart of every issue, we have stepped it up with Guest Editor David Flack of Flack Studio shaking the ‘how’ and looking at new ways to make a house a home. With Vintage Modern as the issues theme, we look at the way iconic design has stayed with us, how daring pieces from the past can add the wow factor and how architecture and good design defy the pigeon hole of their era.

Formed Shop opens in Melbourne

Stocking high quality Australian products as well as the in-house range, the Formed Shop showcases the best in local bathroom design.

Recently opened near Victoria Gardens in Richmond, the Formed Shop’s fresh, minimalist showroom serves as the perfect backdrop for the display of bathroom products, and a curated approach to the selection precludes the overwhelming abundance found in so many other outlets.

Formed’s luxury bathroom products are designed and made in Australia using the highest quality materials, and include freestanding baths, shower bases and screens, basins and mirrors. “We aim to be the very best luxury bathroom furniture company in Australia, one that both designs and manufactures our products locally,” says Stephen Royce, Product Designer of Formed.

Formed will also stock a selection of premium Australian made bathroom products, including tiles by Southern Cross Ceramics, tap ware by Sussex Taps, Corian shower walls and wallpaper from Wallpaper Republic.
