Kitchen & Bathroom Issue

Kitchens and bathrooms are, arguably, the most consequential rooms in the home — and almost always the first to be considered. Whether approached through renovation or new build, their design has the power to recalibrate how a home is lived in and experienced. For this issue, our guest editor, Mardi Doherty, principal of Studio Doherty, explores what it truly means to transform these pivotal spaces — and why thoughtful design in kitchens and bathrooms delivers dividends far beyond the purely functional. Her insights both as an architect and as her own client give an open and honest account of the thinking behind creating a home.

Celebrating Habitus’ Kitchen and Bathroom special issue

This week, we were very excited to celebrate the launch of the special Habitus Kitchen and Bathroom issue 2 at a party hosted by The English Tapware Company.

The breakfast was terrific, and a great way for readers and a range of the featured designers in the magazine to mingle, relax, discuss the trends in modern Kitchen and Bathroom design, and generally chill out with the Habitus team.

Sincere thanks to all of those who attended the launch breakfast, and again to our terrific hosts at The English Tapware Company, and generous goodie bag gift supplier Leif. We hope you enjoyed it!

The Habitus Kitchen and Bathroom special issue is on sale now!
