The design world’s favourite appliances are now available with induction technology.

For decades, La Cornue has been synonymous with the art of cooking. Like the cuisine of their homeland, their iconic ovens balance precision in their function, beauty in their form, and – of course – a little bit of that trademark je ne sais quoi. With heritage detailing and the kind of craftsmanship we rarely see in today’s age, La Cornue is infused with an old world allure, bringing centuries of knowledge and refinement into kitchens around the world.

However, in 2024 a new frontier of cooking is upon us. Increasing awareness about the impacts of gas on our health and our environment, along with significant advancements in new technology, has meant induction cooking is on the rise, with more and more people switching out their traditional ovens and cooktops for new, modern alternatives.

Recognising this, La Cornue has introduced induction options for two of their most popular ranges, with the CornuFé and Albertine collections updated to include all-new induction models. Available for the first time in Australia through Andi-Co, both the CornuFé and Albertine offer exceptional style and cutting-edge performance, answering the calls of people who long for the tradition and classic design of La Cornue, but appreciate the technology, sustainability, and health benefits of induction cooking.

The ideal choice for the luxury-conscious and sustainability-focused homeowner, the CornuFé and Albertine induction cooktops are a natural progression for La Cornue, who have come to epitomise bespoke design and premium functionality through their 100 plus years of operation. Perfectly suited for precision cooking, the cooktops are also extensions of the French cuisine at large, with the power of induction making everything from crêpes to béchamel easier to master than ever before. Home cooks can also be rest assured by the inbuilt safety features, with the absence of flames along with a rapid heating and cooling hot-plates helping to protect little hands.

From a design perspective, the signature look of La Cornue remains, with the aesthetic versatility and elegance of the CornuFé and Albertine ranges carrying through to the new induction models. Whether artfully juxtaposed against contemporary kitchens, or setting off a more traditional design typology, both ranges allow homeowners to tailor their kitchens to their style preferences, all without compromising on performance.

By blending La Cornue’s signature luxury design with modern induction technology, these new models easily bridge the best of old and new, meaning eco-warriors, design lovers, and budding home-chefs can all get the best of both worlds with every cook.
