Navigate Saturday Indesign in style with our VIP Studio Bus Tours

Elevate your experience with Saturday Indesign’s VIP Studio Bus Tours.

As Saturday Indesign readies to light up Sydney this coming 7 September, it’s time to elevate your experience with our VIP Studio Bus Tours. Introduced in 2019, our VIP buses have quickly become the preferred choice for savvy design studios.

Ditch the standard routes and opt for a tailored journey with a private Studio Bus for your team, ensuring you travel in comfort and style.

What Are Studio Buses?

Our Studio Buses provide a personalised transport solution for design studios attending Saturday Indesign. Available exclusively for studios with ten or more registered attendees, these buses serve as your private shuttle throughout the event’s duration.

The buses will pick you up at a designated time from a central location. If your studio is centrally located this can be your pickup location. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Saturday Indesign team to map out a customised route that includes all the showrooms and activations you’re eager to explore. Your dedicated driver will navigate the day’s journey, ensuring seamless access to each destination.

Zero Cost, Maximum Convenience

There’s no charge for booking a Studio Bus—our goal is to enhance your experience at no extra cost. However, due to high demand and limited availability, securing your bus early through our Expression of Interest (EOI) form is crucial.

Studios with fewer than ten members or small groups attending are still encouraged to submit an EOI. We often combine smaller teams onto a single bus, facilitating networking opportunities and potentially forging new professional connections.

Should your studio not secure a Studio Bus, don’t worry! Saturday Indesign is designed to be accessible for everyone. Additional event buses, walking trails, and public transport options are readily available, ensuring you can still fully participate in the day’s activities.

Groups that attend SID together, stay together (for the whole day at least!). Don’t miss out on this chance to redefine how you experience Saturday Indesign. Express your interest in securing a Studio Bus now and make this year’s event truly unforgettable!
