Occa 5500 Dining Table from BoConcept

Function and sophisticated style go hand in hand with the new extendable dining table that is being launched worldwide by furniture retailer BoConcept.

Dining tables with hidden inserts have been a specialty by BoConcept for some years now, but this is the first time that a round table is being introduced as part of the range of multifunctional tables.

The table is designed by Morten Georgsen who has a long and close working relationship with BoConcept, especially when it comes to creating space-saving furniture without compromising on style. – A lot of furniture is designed based on the premise of suffering for beauty. ‘Why, when you can have both?’ says the Danish designer.

The new table is definitely high on unique style and function. The conic centre base is an exclusive and characteristic detail that also offers more space for chairs around the table as well as ensuring plenty of leg room. None of your guests have to endure the fuss of sitting by a table leg. Extending the table is so simple that it can easily be done on your own. Pull the table tops apart, unfold the hidden insert, and with a light push, the table tops come together to make room for all your favourite people.

The new table is part of the new collection from BoConcept this season. See more at www.boconcept.com.au or visit our Crows nest showroom.
