Calling all design lovers! Saturday Indesign is heading to Melbourne this September and registrations are officially OPEN. Clear your calendars for Saturday, September 2nd and prepare to embark on the design adventure of a lifetime, feeding your inspiration receptors as you move around the city for a day unlike any other.

Picture this: you and your design peers will set out on a sunny Melbourne morning, starting off in a showroom serving fresh coffee and a little morning motivation. You’ll see brand new product, meet showroom staff and navigate around a space that has been opened just for you. And then you’ll repeat this for the day, swapping coffee for fresh juice, a glass of red or maybe an espresso martini as you travel around the city visiting specially curated showrooms, listening to design talks, meeting new people, and engaging with bespoke activations and workshops.

Hit up exhibitors including Ajar, Arthur G, Aspect Furniture, Autex Acoustics, Axor, Brickworks, Camerich, Cantilever, Cosh Living, Design Precinct, Didier, E&S, ECF, Great Dane Furniture, HAY, HOW., Jardan, K5, Living Edge, Mobilia, Neolith, Omvivo, Own World, Reece, Signature Floors, Style Timber Floor, Sub-Zero & Wolf, Surface Gallery, Tait, Thinking Works, Winning Appliances and Winya. See new products and iconic designs in situ from the likes of Gaggenau, Bosch, Fisher & Paykel, Herman Miller, Walter Knoll, BassamFellows, Shaw Contract, Arlex, Viccarbe, Kett, Antonio Lupi, Mutina, Artisan, La Corne, Parisi, Sussex, Zip Water, Woven Image, Humanscale, Pedrali, Karl Andersson, Nola, Cassina, Moroso, Flokk, Roca, Grohe and Caroma.

Saturday Indesign is a choose your own adventure, pick the showrooms that reflect your design practice, the talks that pique your interest, or the activities that you simply have to see. Our exhibitors will open from 9am-5pm, so it’s entirely your choice to navigate how you choose. Put on your walking shoes to cover the event, or alternatively hop on public transport, rent a lime bike or car pool with your colleagues. For the full Saturday Indesign experience, why not make use of our free event buses, which will loop around showrooms and precincts as a hop-on, hop-off service.

Be sure to see as many showrooms as you can and cast your vote for the winner of The Project, a series of experiential installations created by partnerships between exhibitors and creatives. This year’s theme is all about “utopias”, with our participating showrooms set to transport you to an immersive design dreamscape.

The best part – Saturday Indesign is completely, 100% free, meaning registration, showroom entry and all catering is on the house. All you need to do is register, plan your day and enjoy!

Our full event schedule, including talks, timed events, catering and activations, is on its way. Be the first to know when it’s dropped by completing your free registration today
