Coco-republic and Apache Studio team up to make surfcraft
This summer, Coco Republic releases an exclusive collection of original retro-inspired surfcraft. In collaboration with one of Australia’s top board makers Apache Studio, each board has been individually shaped to perform in the waves as well as they do in a beach side interior. Constructed using a highly unique board making technique in collaboration with the Apache Studio, each surfboard has been hand shaped into two classic board styles, the Mini-Mal (7ft) and the Mini-Simmons (5-6ft).
Fabrics selected and designed especially for Coco Republic from the retro collection at Sparkk are then laid onto the board and carefully finished in fibreglass. The process is not common, and neither are the results.
Add a splash of summer to your interior by matching (or mixing) a Coco RepublicSurfboard back with retro cushions and upholstered furniture in the Surfcraft Sparkk fabrics. Or simply enjoy the Surfcraft for what it is; a perfect way to make the most of those long summer days in the surf.
