Time Is Running Out To Win The Ultimate Design Hunter Package!

Voting closes this Friday 2 November! And there are more reasons than one to vote in the Habitus House of the Year People’s Choice – not least for the chance to win the Ultimate Design Hunter Package.

Architects, designers and design enthusiasts alike know that great architecture can reach new heights when complemented by well-designed objects. In celebration of the great feats of architecture within the inaugural Habitus House of the Year 2018 selection, we’ve hand crafted the prize pool within the Ultimate Design Hunter Package.

In collaboration with our friends and colleagues within the architecture and design industry, we are proud to present the following prizes:

Cesta Lamp, Ajar

Designed by Miguel Mila for Santa & Cole

A magical hand-made lantern comprising a cherry wood structure within which resides a light globe. Its oval volume and handle make it an object d’art suitable for tabletops and floors.

Frankie Deep Sofa, Fanuli

Designed and crafted in Australia, the Frankie Deep Sofa combines clean minimal lines with high quality cushioning for a lounge that is aesthetically and structurally timeless. A suitable addition to contemporary, modern and relaxed settings.

Brass Base Planter, Lump

Designed by Timothea Jewell

The Brass Base Planter features a simple cross-shaped base of powder-coated aluminium to contrast with the raw edge brass bowl. The planters are best used to create a layering effect of greenery in indoor and outdoor spaces.

Gas Office Chair, Stylecraft

Designed by Jesús & Jon Gasca for Stua

Championed by soft, elegant lines, the Gas Office chair is the perfect addition to the home office or study. The fluid seat, back and arm detail is manufactured from injected and extruded aluminium while the castor base chair features a gas actioned height adjustment.

Wolf Convection Steam Oven 60cm, Sub Zero Wolf

The unique digital technology within the Wolf Convection Steam Oven senses the amount and size of the food its user is cooking with and automatically adjusts all the details of cooking. No series of ovens have ever been so versatile, so intelligent: choose the cooking mode combining steam and convection that is best suited to your dish.

Orion Neomatik 39, The Hour Glass

Large, striking, automatic, ultra-thin, and highly precise, the Orion Neomatik 39 by Glashüette NOMOS collection features tempered blue hands and golden indexes on a white silver-plated dial.

Waka Coffee Table, TIDE Design

The Waka Coffee table is part of the Waka table family. Solid and dependable with a 3 or 4 leg option available, the Waka series has a strong stance matched with an inner leg taper detail that provides the elegance intrinsic to all TIDE pieces.

Cocoon Vase, Top 3

Designed by Peter Svarrer for Holmegaard

Peter Svarrer designed the Cocoon Vase to create a shape that would reflect and capture light in way that only glass can. It took three years to complete the design, and the result has become a modern classic.

Missoni Home Timmy Throw, Top 3

Add some Italian-made luxury to the living room or bedroom with the Missoni Home Timmy Throw. It is made from 100% Ultrafine merino wool with a jacquard weave of striated chevron design.

LUXA Round Dining Table, Totem Road

The Luxa dining table is crafted from ethically-sourced sustainable solid oak with stunning hand finished natural grain throughout. Its timeless appeal lies in luxurious, functional proportions and purpose-designed simplicity.

Coolabah, Tsar Carpets

Uncultivated and untouched, the aroma of eucalyptus, birdsong, peace is evoked by the tonal palette and abstract design of the Coolabah Koala carpet and rug. The palette mirrors tones from the vast expanse of the Australian bush to transport you to an open air utopia of indigenous plants and fauna.

Vote now, don’t miss your chance to win the Ultimate Design Hunter Package. Competition closes 21:59 AEST, 02/11/2018.
