Living in the Environment Issue

Issue 62 is the first issue of the year and always a great time to put our best foot forward. With Adam Goodrum, the loveliest man in design, as Guest Editor, we draw on his insights as a furniture designer, artist and educator to look at the makers shaping our design world. Sustainability has never been more important, and increasingly this is a consideration from the start with projects designed to address their immediate environment as well as the longevity of the planet. From the coldest winters to the most tropical of summers, addressing how we live in the environment is crucial to creating the perfect home.

Cerdomus Tile Studio is a family owned and operated business which began trading in the Ceramic tile and stone industry in 1972. Based out of Melbourne Australia, Cerdomus Tile Studio prides itself in supplying unique and individual tiles and stone products to the renovator, new homeowner, builder, developer or Architect and designer.

We run a retail shop in Church street Richmond, and whilst the area isn’t huge, it is jam packed with interesting tiles and stones.

Unlike other tile supplier who require large lead times for their products, Cerdomus Tile Studio has many of it’s products in stock and ready for immediately delivery. This is because we have extensive warehouse and logistics in the outer Melbourne suburbs which enables us to deliver on time and on budget.

We don’t profess to be Australia’s largest and we’d rather not be. We are happy supply quality tiles and stone at reasonable prices. We recognize that our part in building your home is DESIGN. All you need to add now is
