Living in Design with Missoni

Habitus magazine celebrated its first birthday with readers by giving away exclusive Missoni gift packs.

For the birthday issue Habitus 05, which marked a year since the launch of the
magazine, readers were given an opportunity to win a Missoni gift pack
worth $995. To enter, they were asked to subscribe and answer the question: How
does Habitus magazine help you live in design?

From the many responses that were sent in, six entries were
selected for their creativity and ability to inspire. These lucky readers each
received a double set of hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets from the
Keith Collection, and a coordinating black EOS bathmat.

The winning responses:

“Habitus is a gentle reminder in a very busy
lifestyle of the way in which design can lift the human spirit through the
mundane.”
– Megan Davis, Kensington NSW

“Habitus informs: Live breathe feel escape
absorb
Habitus interacts: experiential sensory
awakening
Habitus inspires: aspirational inspirational
sublime
Habitus comments: sustainable driven and
dedicated.”

– Kristina Hetherington, Surry Hills NSW

“Habitus reflects the art of good living… Not
simply by show and tell but by casting a keen eye and highlighting the choices
made by lovers of good design and asking why and how the latest choices were
made.”
– Melina Pandelides, Lennox Head NSW

“Habitus – it’s sharp, it’s edgy, it’s got
texture, it’s format is cool and it isn’t over in a flash.”
– Catherine
Serafini, Hawthorn VIC

“Habitus inspires one to reveal who they are
through design whilst at the same time connecting with culture.”
– Sandra
Spinelli, Adelaide SA

“I am an architect and lecturer. I love the
content of Habitus, the in-depth discussions. I use it in lectures and
promote the magazine to my design students.”
– Jenny Menso, Bardon QLD
