Thinking about the future, we look at the technology shaping our approach to sustainability and the ways traditional materials are enjoying a new-found place in the spotlight. The Claremont is a residential building designed by award winning architects, Bird de la Coeur, with interiors by HASSELL design; Australasia’s number 1 interior design practice.

Michael Yates has been instrumental in the development of the Forrest Hill Precinct in South Yarra, which has attracted more than 5 billion dollars of development, and it now links South Yarra Station to Chapel Street.

In attendance were Michael Yates, The Honourable Matthew Guy; Victorian Minister for Planning and John Chandler; Mayor of Stonnington and more.
