The Life Outside Issue

Introducing the Life Outside issue of Habitus magazine. With life increasingly being absorbed into a digital space, there is never a more important moment to hold something tangible. In this context, the power of nature to have a physiological impact on our sense of wellbeing has never been more important. Escape to Emirates Wolgan Valley with Neil Perry and Brett Graham

Emirates Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa and Qantas epiQure are teaming up with founder of Rockpool Neil Perry and The Ledbury’s Brett Graham to host a culinary affair that combines absolute luxury with world-class cuisine and premium wines.

At this very special event, internationally renowned chef Brett Graham, the first Australian to hold two Michelin stars and Neil Perry, arguably Australia’s most influential chef, will craft a bespoke food and wine experience that is inspired by Wolgan Valley’s food philosophy of regional, seasonal and organic produce sourced from within a 160km radius. Each perfect morsel will be complemented by a selection of premium wines courtesy of Qantas epiQure.
