The Elements coat stand is a functional sculpture in a house. The construction elements are made of one type of timber in different lengths. As they are jointed together in different places with various angles and directions, the object changes its character according to the side where it is looked at. Manufactured in the furniture producing town of Morodomi, ARIAKE is a new, exciting Japanese brand that has brought together designers from different countries with a common respect for Japanese culture and woodworking. The expansive collection is available in a variety of options, and includes unique finishes such as sumi and indigo dye.
