The Life Outside Issue

Introducing the Life Outside issue of Habitus magazine. With life increasingly being absorbed into a digital space, there is never a more important moment to hold something tangible. This year, BoConcept were excited to bring some of Verner Panton’s most iconic lighting range on board; Claus Ditlevsen, Collection Director at BoConcept comments, “In many ways BoConcept and Verner Panton share the same ethos – creating Danish furniture and accessories for an international audience. We’re particularly excited about the opportunity to present some of Panton’s world-famous lamps, as lighting is so central to the contemporary home.” Verner Panton trained as an architect at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and opened his own design practice in 1955. He quickly became known for his forward-thinking approach to colour, form and materials.
