Sagyo Table

“Sagyo” means work in Japanese. In Japan, spaces and furniture are often required to be multi-functional and this table can be used for dining and different kinds of “Sagyo”, both at home or in the office. The table top is divided into two halves, allowing the table to be flat packed. The gap in the table allows for charging cables to run through. Elevated trays on the table top are ideal for holding stationery, laptops etc. to free up working space. Manufactured in the furniture producing town of Morodomi, ARIAKE is a new, exciting Japanese brand that has brought together designers from different countries with a common respect for Japanese culture and woodworking. The expansive collection is available in a variety of options, and includes unique finishes such as sumi and indigo dye.
