About me:
Minimal in design and completely functional – the perfect choice for those wash areas that reflect aesthetic simplicity.
Its function is to capture the flow of water, rather than retain it; making it an ideal basin for such areas as guest powder rooms or commercial settings such as restaurants and bars.
The Puddle features beautiful form and its subtle bowl depth is highly practical.
The Puddle washbasin was created by Minosa as a reaction to Sydney’s growing water crisis and the introduction of water restrictions.
Creating flat or shallow washbasins was never the real challenge; the challenge was to understand the way water responded to flat surfaces.
Designers Darren and Simona sought smart water-saving technology to complement this new design practice for their new range of basins, not only to avoid splashback but also to highlight the excessive amount of water running through most people’s taps
Materials:
- Handcrafted from the premium quality material Corian®
- Corian® is a solid surface material made up with acrylic resins and natural aluminium
- Corian is 100% renewable which means it will last the test of time and also sit with the Minosa company ethos.
- Minosa not only offer a design made from low VOC materials, the are also actively recycling. Their washbasins can be repaired and reused if they are damaged or old
