Silestone is the world’s leading Quartz surface manufactured by Cosentino. Available in over 60 Colours, with 3 textures and 3 different thicknesses Silestone is the first and the only Quartz surface on the market to include a Bacteriostatic agent throughout the stone. These Bacteriostatic properties ensure bacteria will not proliferate on the work surface, and provide active protection for the material in all domestic and commercial applications.

Innovation is key to design at Cosentino, and  a great example of this is the new “Silestone” Integrity – a kitchen sink that is currently available in three different sizes. This versatile product, is one that helps to defines the concept of integrity. A single sink, in one piece, (measuring 41 x 51 x 15,5 cm) the “Silestone” Integrity has a curved outline and fluid organic design.

The “Due” model is also offered in an alternative shape. Also available in one piece, it is available in two sizes: 37 x 34 x 15.5, which is ideal for a double sink and the 37 x 41 x 15.5 which ideal for a single sink. Unlike the “Integrity” the “Due” is characterised by its straight lines. It is perfect for those who see straight lines as the mark of beauty.

Along with the Silestone range, new to Australia is the ‘Eco’ range by Cosentino. ‘Eco’ is a 75% Recycled Quartz Surface, perfect for Green Star Buildings. ‘Eco’ incorporates post–industrial and post–consumer raw materials with eco resins to make up a surface that has high scratch, stain and scorch resistance and offers a superior physical performance.

The Silestone range also offers specifiers a ‘Cradle to Cradle’ certification makes this end product 100% recyclable. Points available for LEED.
