Smeg: The Linear Range

Gabriele Centazzo brings an intelligent and stylish oven range to Smeg.

Stone-plate pizzas, Sunday roasts, chocolate mud cakes and Mum’s
special recipes can only be realised if the oven is right.

Gabriele Centazzo’s Linear range for Smeg brings cutting-edge, almost
futuristic design to the forefront of the kitchen, melding intuitive
controls with outstanding performance.

The SAP112-8 Smeg Linear
Pyrolytic Single Oven is the perfect option for every kitchen; with a
massive capacity, intuitive cooking and the Smeg Thermoseal system
everyone has the chance to be the gourmet chef they have always wanted
to be.

Smeg’s new Thermoseal system is unprecedented in terms of a
perfectly sealed oven that ensures optimum heat distribution, maximum
energy efficiency and the retention of natural juices in meats and fish.

Favourites such as beef, vegetables and biscuits are preset with
Smart Chef technology and special home-made dishes can be programmed to
make cooking even easier.

The oven features five cooking levels
for easy access and a recessed floor for a pizza stone, creating
authentic meals at home.

Quadruple glazing and Cool Door
technology ensures fingers aren’t burnt against the oven door and less
heat is emitted from the oven, creating a more comfortable kitchen
environment.

Cleaning is also made easy with a pyrolitic cleaning
system – the oven will lock shut and heat up to 500C for a 90 minute
process. This extreme temperature literally carbonises all food debris
from the walls of the oven, leaving a small pile of dust on the oven
floor that can simply be wiped away.

With fingerprint-proof satin
stainless steel, a flush oven door and LED-lit display panel, the oven
will look smart no matter what mess you make in the kitchen.

A
fabulous feast will never be a problem with the Linear Pyrolytic Oven
from Smeg.
