The 'Future' Issue

We are thrilled to have interior designer of excellence, Brahman Perera, as Guest Editor and to celebrate his Sri Lankan heritage through an interview with Palinda Kannangara and his extraordinary Ek Onkar project – divine! Thinking about the future, we look at the technology shaping our approach to sustainability and the ways traditional materials are enjoying a new-found place in the spotlight. Lander – Exterior Directional Lighting

By iGuzzini

Lander, originally designed as a bollard version by architect Renzo Piano, provides specific accent lighting for footpaths and stairways in architectural and urban applications. This luminaire boasts a minimal design that is both versatile and extremely elegant.

Lander bollards are available in a horizontal version (650mm and 950mm) to deliver specific path-focused light beams, and a wall washer version which has an optical assembly aligned with the product body to create exceptional vertical light.

The range also includes a wall-mounted version for down lighting or down/up lighting, perfect for highlighting architectural features.

An added benefit of the range is its robust construction which allows it to withstand damage from factors such as vandalism.
