Installing planks in the herringbone pattern is a true classic of the parquet industry. Proven, popular, sought after: this timeless style resonates around the world since time immemorial. Previously, the Herringbone installation was only superficially possible in small formats – mafi, the Upper Austrian manufacturer of natural wood floors, now completely re-interprets these industry top sellers and offers impressive dimensions in the Herringbone design.
Lengths of up to 1180mm and widths of up to 240mm create a distinctive character, even in large and spacious rooms. Thus, mafi significantly expands the range of applications. Especially in public areas, such as in restaurants, shops or hotels the new Oak Herringbone 90° has found many admirers. However, also in private premises one can set elegant exclamation marks and confident design statements.
The planks are prepared for installation at a 90° angle and are supplied with 50% tongue on the left and 50% tongue on the right sides. The Tongue and Groove method has been specially adapted for this Herringbone installation and thus mafi guarantees a simple version of the parquet installation.
