Defined by its dual-tiered design, the Workstation allows you to ergonomically chop, strain, and mix to prepare a meal before you transition to cooking nearby. Using various serving boards, you can quickly and conveniently transform your prepare-and-cook station into a serving station, or set out drinks and hors d’oeuvres to create an ideal entertaining station.
The Galley presents a new kitchen concept that is much more efficient than the traditional work triangle. All essential culinary tools are kept in the Workstation, always ready for use. You can slide individual, variable-sized boards across the top counter to use as work or serving surfaces. A cooktop next to the Workstation makes your kitchen even more functional and ergonomic by allowing you to efficiently transition to cooking when required.
All the while, you can contain the mess within The Galley by cleaning as you prepare, cook, serve, and entertain. A separate Washstation™ can be added nearby to keep the clean-up process easy and efficient.
The Galley Tap, created by designer and partner of The Galley, David Kotowsky, was specifically created to complement the grandeur of The Galley Workstations. The Galley Tap is machined, rather than cast, from solid AISI 316L stainless steel and includes a ComfortFeel™ lever handle that moves with ergonomic ease.
The Galley Tap is available in six stainless steel finishes: Matte, Polished, PVD Gun Metal Gray™, PVD Satin Black, PVD Brushed Gold, and PVD Rose Gold. Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) is a special coating process that results in a hard, corrosion-resistant finish, perfect for the day-to-day demands of a busy kitchen.
Built to be a statement piece, The Galley Dresser adds beautiful, world-class craftsmanship to the Galley Workstation’s supreme functionality. The Dresser seamlessly integrates with The Galley Workstation and its culinary tools, preventing you from compromising functionality or aesthetics when looking at new, custom storage solutions.
The Galley sought out renowned kitchen interior and fine furniture designer, Doug Durbin, to create The Galley Dresser as a marriage of art, function, and fine kitchen furniture. It is available in thirteen high-gloss exterior finishes including twelve painted and one exotic wood finish. The interior is crafted from ebonised walnut and the solid brass hardware is available in nine beautiful custom finishes.
