Its functions include steaming, microwaving, grilling, convection cooking and various combinations of these, making it one of the most versatile steam ovens available. It has 80 auto cooking menus (for steam oven and non-steam menu), 14 cooking & 8 steaming functions, BOOST – fast pre-heating to 220˚C in just 5 minutes, a Sanitation cleaning function and a child lock SMC4530 is constructed with a stainless steel cavity & Ezy Kleen ceramic base, stainless steel boiler, integrated smooth glide water reservoir and multi point steam injection.
Convection Hot Air Frying: Air Frying works by the circulation of hot air producing a similar cooking result to Deep Frying, only without the oil. With the use of an Air Frying basket (not supplied by Kleenmaid) and by following the recommended cooking instructions for fan forced cooking on the food packet the SMC4530 oven will hot air fry your meals to perfection.
The SMC4530 is both stylish and efficient so when installed with an rangehood and cooktop from our Black Krystal glass range this combi steam oven adds to the elegant sophistication of your kitchen. Other features include touch controls, an electronic timer, internal light and a clock. What this combi steam oven doesn’t have is a turntable as, by utilising omni directional microwave technology, it doesn’t need one. This means there is room for larger dishes in the cavity.
