Who needs a beach with a spa escape like this in the Victorian bush.

Now, as you know, we are very fond of beach escapes, sun-bleached shores and pam trees, but we love the Australian bush just as much. That’s why we’d like to introduce you to Hepburn at Hepburn in Victoria’s ‘spa country’.

 

 

With 14 architect-designed and fully self-contained villas, this bushland escape is right alongside the renowned Hepburn Bathhouse and Spa.

 

Designed by David Edelman, each villa features north-facing decks with views across the forest. Clad in dark vertical timbers, each villa blends well into the surrounding environment.

 

The interiors have received the skilled touch of designer David Hicks, with 2 different styles on offer “one dramatic and warm with nero marquina marble, dark timber and deep red rugs; the other fresh and invigorating with silver travertine marble, deep green, crisp white and oak timber finishes”.

 

 

Of course the villas have all the mod-cons – flat screen TV, CD/DVD players, air-con, dishwasher, espresso machine – as well as gas fireplaces and marble-clad spas.
