The 'Bespoke' Issue

With Guest Editor Yasmine Ghoniem, we are launched headfirst into the world of unique and eclectic design. From architecture to interiors, there is nothing that can’t be enlivened with bespoke interventions. Granted, a stunningly beautiful home can be made by simply shopping for the best, but when the artist’s hand is introduced, some pure magic is possible. Whether it is an artwork or a new upholstery, a built-in component or a mosaic inlay, these gestures, whether bold or subtle, are what make the home unique.

Relive the Habitus House of the Year reveal party!

Despite the unseasonable weather, the design community came out to Stylecraft to celebrate Habitus House of the Year 2022 – and discover who the winners are.

What better way to send off the year than with a design industry soireé and a big reveal? This week, we announced the winners of Habitus House of the Year 2022 with the Stylecraft showroom as the stunning backdrop.

The space was packed and excitement was in the air but most importantly of all, it was an opportunity to connect with Habitus’ friends and collaborators in person.

Congratulations to the three winners – Music Box by Multiplicity, Every Window a Garden by Linghao Architect and House Taurus by Durbach Block Jaggers and Richards Stanisich. More on the winners here.

Thank you to our Major Partners StylecraftHOME and Caroma, and our Award Partner Axolotl.
