As specialists in textiles, furnishings and lighting from Europe’s leading design houses, they have been instrumental in breathing material life into interior design visions for outstanding commercial, residential, hospitality and retail projects around Australia.
As trusted distributors for global brands Perennials and Sutherland, they are setting new style standards by bringing the design aesthetic of Belgium’s Vincent Van Duysen to local projects with two new collections.

In Perennial’s Fall 2025 collection, newly released in time for the Australian summer celebration season, Van Duysen presents a debut line of luxury wallcoverings, four new rugs, and six new fabric qualities in the high-performance furnishing textiles range.
The wallcoverings deliver an exceptional palette for interior embellishment, with a wide spectrum of colours ranging from neutrals and mineral tones through to striking, geometric and organic patterns and textures.

Rugs in tufted, woven and textured variations deliver a durable yet sophisticated option for creating a synthesis of style within interior spaces, while the fabrics for furnishings offer a spectrum of possibilities for either indoor or outdoor lounges, armchairs, chaise lounges and other furniture.
Boyac are also bringing Sutherland’s superb new Franck Aluminium outdoor furniture range to Australian al fresco dining areas, patios and pool sides. A reinterpretation of Van Duysen’s iconic Franck teak outdoor furnishings created by Sutherland, the new collection transfers the same fluid, architectural qualities of the teak collection into the lightweight, robust material of aluminium.

Visually, the Franck collection has an air of purity and essentialism, where functionality is seamlessly merged with comfort, durability and precise crafting.
Created in powder coated colourways ranging from matte ebony through to ocean blue, ochre yellow and subtle silvers, the collection can be customised to suit unique architectural visions through a wide range of choice for fabric coverings and sling mesh seats. The collection includes a Dining Arm Chair, Lounge Chair, Three-Seat Sofa, Dining Side Chair, Dining Table, Coffee Table and Single Chaise Lounge.

Both the Perennial and Sutherland ranges speak to the ethos of excellent interior design, which takes its inspiration from both space and form, and from the sensory dimensions of light, texture and movement. Innovation is also foregrounded, and this is evident in finer details of the Van Duysen designs such as the tactile elements in the luxury wallcoverings and the innate ergonomic qualities of the Franck Aluminium dining chairs.
While the aesthetic excellence of all the ranges and collections Boyac showcases is clear to see, there is also an emphasis on impeccable craftsmanship, responsible manufacturing and the calibre of materials.
The ultimate achievement of design is to ensure beauty is not only experienced in the moments and the glimpses, but it also exhibits lasting elegance, appeal and character. Boyac takes pride in ensuring local designers, specifiers and discerning private buyers can obtain this standard of world-class performance textiles, rugs, wallcoverings and furniture. The new ranges launched from the ongoing partnership between Vincent Van Duysen and Perennials and Sutherland continues that journey.
