Serviced Apartments, With Inimitable Style

Australia

III Rooms Sydney invites you to make yourself at home amongst the design collections of Cult, Jardan, and MCM House.

Have you ever found yourself perusing the collection at Cult and wishing it was all your very own? Have you daydreamed your way through the showrooms of Jardan or MCM House imagining them as your house?

Anyone who’s partial to a window shop can surely relate. Tony Benjamin gets it. That’s exactly why the local Sydney property mogul has collaborated with the renowned Australian design houses to bring III Rooms Sydney to life.

Bay window dining area of Jardan Apartment, III Rooms Sydney

Located within an iconic heritage-listed building in Potts Point purchased by Tony from the Hemmes’ (a.k.a. the royal family of Sydney hospitality) just last year, III Rooms Sydney is the epitome of new age, luxury accommodation. Imagine the autonomy and ‘live like a local’ lifestyle of an Airbnb infused with the panache of a five-star boutique hotel. Better yet, everything in each of the self-contained apartments is shoppable.

Individually curated by Cult, MCM House and Jardan, each of the III Rooms Sydney apartments is equally beautiful yet wholly unique. High ceilings, natural light, original artworks and designer furniture are commonalities while the inimitable style of each apartment’s interior design gives it a personality of its own.

In apartment one of three, Cult compliments timeless international collections with the works of Australian designers and makers, culminating in a luxurious yet liveable space. Each room of the Cult Apartment sports its own vibe – from the elegant, light-drenched dining room filled with Danish design icons to the quirky, colourful sunroom.

A subdued palette, natural materials, and an eclectic combination of pieces fills the MCM House Apartment with coastal feels. There is a sense of maturity to this apartment, without taking itself too seriously – seen perhaps most expressly in the juxtaposition between the reclaimed timber dining table and the Burnout photograph by Sam Davidson that hangs above it.

Who wants service with a smile, when you could have a serviced apartment with inimitable style?

Last, but of course not least, comes the Jardan Apartment. True to form, Jardan has created a space that encapsulates all that is wonderful about the antipodean way of life. Through colour, texture, and quality materials, Jardan Apartment reflects a stress-free, playful aesthetic akin to that of a family home.

To anyone looking to book accommodation in Sydney, III Rooms Sydney begs the question: who wants service with a smile, when you could have a serviced apartment with inimitable style?
