Kitchen Design Without Limits

When thinking of your kitchen design, space and style are two of the most important elements to consider, along with functionality. Enter the Siemens inductionAir.

Lots of light and generous space for the gaze to wander freely – this is what characterises 21st kitchen design, and the modern home.

The existence of the classic under cupboard rangehood as a kitchen design trend is in decline with the development of “invisible” solutions, which are integrated into the island bench-top.

Siemens Home Appliances sets a new standard in this gaining-in-popularity trend of kitchen design. The inductionAir system is a pure expression of this trend – a stylish and functional synthesis of cooktop and rangehood. Combining the familiar flexibility of the Siemens flexInduction with a ventilation solution, clear design and intuitive operation blend together to create a strikingly unobtrusive experience.

Thanks to the climateControl Sensor there is no need to adjust or regulate the extraction power level. An intelligent sensor detects the level of steam and odours rising from the cooking and automatically adjust the extratoin power level, for more effective and efficient extraction.

The Siemens inductionAir system allows for either ducted or recirculating ventilation, suiting any modern kitchen design. A ducted extraction kit is ideal when there is the opportunity to discharge the odours directly outside. If this is not possible, the recirculation kit provides a solution that nullifies the cooking odours before recirculating the air back into the kitchen.

Both the ducting and recirculation kits allow for under bench cupboard space to be retained, leaving space for drawers or shelves to be installed.

There are two flexInduction cooking zones based alongside the extractor system that offer unique flexibility and freedom of movement when cooking. The two cooking zones can also be blended together as required to form an extra-large cooking surface, so whether a large, rectangular roasting pan or several small pots, power is supplied only where it is needed.

Not just a functional and stylish solution, even cleaning the cooktop is a quick and simple task. The cast iron air inlet grid, grease filter and liquid collection units are all easy to remove and dishwasher safe, ensuring your kitchen will remain as clean, sanitary and stylish as the day it’s installed.
