Winnings x Habitus House of the Year 2025: The penultimate shortlist drop!

The excitement builds – here are seven more outstanding projects from this year’s curated shortlist of 26.


As we approach the final stages of the competition, we’re thrilled to unveil the third selection of projects vying for 2025 Winnings x Habitus House of the Year. These seven stunning homes stretch across Australia, India and New Zealand, further demonstrating the exceptional diversity and calibre of residential architecture in our region.

Our jury – Albert Mo, Alie Whelan, Amelia Borg, Ben Peake, Bradley Kerr, Brahman Perera, Gillian Serisier, Jean Graham, Lachlan Seegers, Mardi Doherty, Mark Austin, Phillip Withers, Sally Knibbs, Timothy Alouani-Roby and Tim Jackson – will soon convene at Winnings’ Richmond showroom in Melbourne to review the complete shortlist and determine this year’s winner.
